De’Eric ‘Body Beats’ Movement Artist & Body Strategist
The Practitioner behind Pretty Cool Body
I help people master the art of inhabiting their own bodies.
Most people treat their bodies like a collection of parts to be fixed. I look at the whole picture. My approach combines the science of human movement with the precision of an artist to help you move without pain and live with more rhythm.
Whether you’re stuck at a desk or training for a peak performance, I provide the specialized work needed to get your physical foundation back on track.
Services & Investment
Corrective Movement
Postural Alignment & Functional Stability
Single Session (60 Min): $100
4-Session Foundation Package: $380
This is about fixing the mechanics of how you move. Using tools like the BOSU, weighted ropes, and cable pulleys, I identify exactly where your body is out of balance. We don’t just “work out”—we retrain your posture and your stride so you can move through the world with confidence and zero friction.
Therapeutic Stretch
Guided Mobility & Tension Release
Single Session (60 Min): $120
4-Session Mobility Package: $460
I use my hands as tools to release the deep-seated tension that builds up from daily stress. This is a rhythmic, guided stretch session designed to open up your joints and calm your mind. It’s a dedicated hour to “un-stick” your body and return to your natural range of motion.
The Integrated Hybrid
The Complete System Reset
Single Session (60 Min): $140
4-Session Sovereign Package: $540
This is my most effective work. We spend 30 minutes in the gym actively correcting your movement patterns, followed by 30 minutes of manual table-stretching to lock in the results. You leave feeling both strong in your frame and quiet in your mind.
The Perspective
A well-rounded approach to the human experience:
-
Human Study: My background in Anthropology (UIC) allows me to see the “aerial perspective” of how we live and move.
-
The Human Factors Specialist: With a Professional Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Georgia Institute of Technology, I apply the principles of ergonomics and interaction design to help you reduce the invisible strain in your daily life.
-
The Movement Scientist: As a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I use biomechanical analysis to identify movement imbalances and retrain your body for peak efficiency and stability.
-
Anatomical Mastery: As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have a deep, technical understanding of the body’s architecture.
-
The Artist’s Eye: My work as a Professional Figure Model gives me a unique insight into human anatomy in both movement and stillness.
